Do you enjoy detailed drafting, collaborative problem-solving, and learning how complex utility systems come together? CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Designer 1 to join our Electric Transmission Team in Albany, NY; Syracuse, NY; or Atlanta, GA. In this role, you'll support the planning and design of electric transmission projects that help move power from generation sources to the communities, businesses, and customers who depend on it. This is a great opportunity to build your technical foundation while working alongside experienced designers and engineers on essential infrastructure projects tied to grid reliability, modernization, and long-term energy delivery. What You'll Do:
Produce and revise simple engineering drawings or sketches under the guidance of senior designers or engineers, following established technical standards

Salary Range: $31.25 - $33.65 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
