About the Role

As a Marketing Producer, you will be instrumental in bringing our stories to life, managing the full lifecycle of multiple content creation and production projects. You'll leverage your deep expertise in content and media production to deliver integrated solutions that align with our strategic vision. This role offers the chance to drive both technical and creative aspects, solving complex production challenges and fostering a truly collaborative and psychologically safe environment where every voice is heard and valued.

Key Responsibilities



  • Exercise sound judgment and take swift action to uphold core values and code of conduct, championing psychological safety and inclusivity within the team.
  • Evaluate content to ensure alignment with creative and technical visions, conducting interviews and screenings, and directing nuanced or complex creative and technical changes with minimal guidance.
  • Drive and produce content for projects of moderate to high complexity, including a range of video initiatives.
  • Assist in making solutions a reality through your specific craft, whether it's writing, design, or production.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop clearly written pre-production plans that identify target audiences, schedules, and potential challenges.
  • Suggest and apply different production styles and techniques to enhance digital media products.
  • Build and nurture relationships with internal teams, collaborators, external agencies, and other third-party resources to facilitate seamless project execution.


What You Bring



  • Working knowledge of design, development, writing, production (including pre-production, physical production, and post-production), publishing, and operations processes for content and media.
  • Deep expertise in one or more of these specific areas.
  • Proven ability to solve defined production problems, identifying multiple approaches and recommending creative improvements.
  • Experience communicating knowledge and facilitating cross-team collaboration to drive technical and creative visions.
  • A track record of fostering an inclusive environment through encouraging inclusive decision-making, building psychological safety, and facilitating inclusive meetings.
  • Ability to mitigate personal biases and adapt communication styles to accommodate others, while helping to expand viewpoints and relationships.
  • Strong judgment and the capacity to take swift action to maintain project integrity and team values.
  • Experience in directing nuanced or complex creative and technical changes across disciplines with minimal guidance.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive and produce content for projects of moderate to high complexity, including video projects.
  • Skill in developing comprehensive pre-production plans, including audience identification, scheduling, and problem anticipation.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with internal teams, collaborators, and external partners.
