This role provides hands-on technical and operational leadership to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing while meeting production and customer requirements. The Chemical Engineer analyzes plant performance, develops and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), leads continuous improvement initiatives, and identifies opportunities to improve process reliability, capacity, quality, and profitability. The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, independent decision-making, and the ability to balance immediate operational priorities with long-term performance improvements.
