We're looking for a Senior M&A Integration Analyst to join Procore's Finance Transformation Team. In this role, you'll help ensure acquired companies are integrated successfully and that the strategic, operational, and financial value outlined in each deal is realized. You'll turn M&A strategy into execution by coordinating cross-functional integration efforts, tracking progress, and helping teams achieve measurable business outcomes. As a Senior M&A Integration Analyst, you'll partner with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Operations, Corporate Development, and executive stakeholders to drive post-merger integration activities and ensure alignment across key workstreams. Use your financial acumen, analytical skills, and project management expertise to identify opportunities, manage integration milestones, and deliver insights that support successful acquisitions. This role offers a unique opportunity to build deep expertise across M&A, finance, and business operations while gaining exposure to how Procore scales through strategic growth initiatives. Base Pay Range: 90,400.00 - 124,300.00 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
