Weekly Work Hours 40Compensation Range Administrator Range E05Salary Minimum $92,700.00 AnnuallyFLSA United States of America (Exempt)Position Type AdministratorPosition Summary The Director of Programs & Grants serves as a strategic leader within the Strategic Initiatives & Operations team, responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating Foundation-funded programs in alignment with Dallas College institutional priorities. This role leads cross-functional collaboration with College stakeholders, oversees program outcomes and continuous improvement efforts, and manages post-award grant processes to ensure compliance, impact measurement, and donor alignment. The Director also plays a key role in Foundation campaign strategy by identifying programmatic opportunities, developing investment cases, and ensuring program readiness for philanthropic support.
