  • Facilitating communication between field personnel, contractors, project teams, and customer stakeholders to promote effective collaboration.
  • Supporting workface planning and ensuring construction activities are executable prior to field release.
  • Tracking project performance metrics and providing updates, reports, and recommendations to project leadership.
  • Assisting in the resolution of field execution issues by coordinating with technical and operational stakeholders.
  • Promoting adherence to company policies, customer requirements, industry standards, and regulatory obligations.
  • Supporting quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure work is completed in accordance with approved procedures and project requirements.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives designed to enhance safety, productivity, execution efficiency, and overall project performance.
  • Contributing technical expertise related to cooling towers, tanks, soft craft execution, maintenance planning, and industrial construction practices.
