SIPF / Cooling Tower / Tanks Coordinator (Construction Coordinator)
Play an integral role in delivering safe, reliable, and efficient construction, maintenance, turnaround, and capital project execution across critical industrial assets. As the SIPF / Cooling Tower / Tanks Coordinator, you will serve as a vital link between planning and field execution, helping ensure that cooling tower, tank, scaffolding, insulation, painting, fireproofing, and coatings activities are effectively coordinated to achieve project objectives. Your technical expertise, organizational skills, and collaborative approach will support successful project delivery while driving safety, quality, productivity, and operational excellence. Purpose of the role The SIPF / Cooling Tower / Tanks Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of construction, maintenance, turnaround, and capital project activities associated with cooling towers, storage tanks, and related soft craft disciplines. This role combines technical expertise with field coordination responsibilities, ensuring work is properly planned, resources are aligned, stakeholders remain informed, and execution activities are carried out safely and efficiently. Working closely with construction leadership, operations, engineering, maintenance, contractors, project controls, and customer representatives, you will help optimize project performance by facilitating communication, resolving execution challenges, and supporting the successful delivery of project objectives.
