The Assembler 1 is responsible for loading, operating, and unloading packaging equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Build kits and packages per SWS sheet

* Operate RF sealer per SWS sheet

* Verify kits and packages are sealed correctly

* Verify production quantities manually and with a scale

* Verify stock ticket is completed correctly

* Accurately complete scrap tickets

* Accurately complete daily production sheet

* Accurately update hourly goal board

* Maintain production pace and standards

* Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area

* Practice 5Ss

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

* Understand and follow verbal and written instructions

* Able to count and compare numbers

Education and Experience Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent
