Overview Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is an independent, nonprofit organization providing adult cancer treatment and groundbreaking research focused on cancer and infectious diseases. The Translational Sciences and Therapeutics Division is hiring an Administrative Manager I to manage administrative operations in support of programs and projects within the division. This position will report to the Associate Operations Director and work with Program Operations Directors within the division to successfully support faculty, labs, and administrative teams. The Administrative Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing procedures related to administrative operations. Any/all administrative operational problems which occur are handled by the Administrative Manager, in consultation with the Associate Operations Director and Program Operations Directors as appropriate. Special skills and knowledge are applied in managing administrative operational activities and in developing materials. Independent judgment is used in interpreting policies, protocols, and grant/contract requirements. This role requires working a minimum of three days per week on-site at our campus, with an opportunity for partial remote work. Function as the primary administrative contact for a group of faculty/principal investigators (PIs) and their laboratories.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $80,172 to $114,941, and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
