What Makes This Role Great: As a Regional Demand Generation Manager, your role is to take the lead in driving revenue growth by aligning marketing and sales efforts for the AECO construction sector's newest acquisition, Document Crunch within North America. You will be responsible for developing and executing revenue-driven marketing strategies, managing campaigns, analyzing data, and using technology to optimize the sales funnel. This role requires a strong focus on data analysis to inform decisions and improve overall revenue performance.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue-focused marketing strategies to build momentum and achieve robust pipeline goals.

  • Design and execute high-converting outbound marketing campaigns targeting high-value customer segments across the buyer lifecycle.

  • Leverage advanced analytics to track campaign performance, uncover optimization opportunities, and maximize revenue impact.

  • Partner closely with sales teams to align on strategy, deliver lead updates, and create a continuous feedback loop that accelerates deals.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of B2B demand generation or campaign management experience successfully scaling high-growth SaaS products.

  • Proven strategic planning capabilities with a track record of driving measurable revenue growth.

  • Strong analytical skillset with a data-driven approach to optimizing campaign performance and ROI.

  • Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally to align marketing strategies directly with sales objectives.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience integrating an acquired brand or launching a major new product line into an existing enterprise ecosystem.

  • Background commercializing Risk & Compliance products with targeted campaign strategies.

  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and ABM platforms such as 6sense.

  • Experience working within global, matrixed organizations.

  • Location: Alpharetta , GA, Lake Oswego or Westminister, CO (In-Office)

  • Travel Requirement: 10%

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
