Job Description

At Northwest Bank, we're building the future of relationship banking. We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven leader to design, scale, and elevate our Licensed Relationship Manager (LRM) Program. This role blends strategy, execution, and coaching to develop top talent, accelerate performance, and deliver exceptional client outcomes. Essential Functions
* Program Strategy and Governance
*Define and evolve the LRM program vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap
*Establish success metrics and track program effectiveness against business goals
*Build and maintain governance routines, including quarterly reviews and performance checkpoints
*Develop standardized playbooks, role expectations, and consistent operating models across markets
* Talent Pipeline and Licensing Execution
*Lead LRM selection cycles throughout the year
*Partner with Financial Advisors and Relationship Partners to build a strong, diverse candidate pipeline
*Oversee licensing cohorts to ensure high pass rates and timely completion
*Ensure full compliance with FINRA and all regulatory requirements
* Training, Coaching, and Sales Development
*Design and deliver monthly skill-building sessions for LRMs
*Partner with Financial Advisors to strengthen coaching practices and on-the-job development
*Create scalable learning approaches that accelerate time to productivity
* Program Operations and Performance Management
*Manage program timelines, logistics, and external vendor relationships as needed
*Track and report on key performance indicators, including: Licensing pass rates, Time to productivity, Revenue and referral contributions, Client experience outcomes
*Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to continuously improve results

Additional Essential Functions
* Ensure compliance with Northwest's policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations
* Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiency
* Work as part of a team
* Work with on-site equipment

Education
Bachelor's Degree

Work Experience
5 - 6 years Experience in banking, wealth management, or financial servicesAnd
2 - 3 years Experience leading programs, projects, or talent development initiativesAnd
2 - 3 years Demonstrated experience working with licensed roles (e.g., Series 6/7, 63/65/66) or supporting FINRA-regulated environments

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Proven ability to manage cross-functional partnerships and deliver results through influence
* Experience designing or scaling training, talent, or licensing programs
* Strong knowledge of retail banking and wealth collaboration models
* Ability to analyze performance data, generate insights, and drive action
* Strong coaching and facilitation skills, with experience developing talent at scale
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
* Results-oriented mindset with a focus on client experience and revenue growth

FINRA SIE SIE, S7, S65/66, L&H Within 1 year
