Overview

Hexagon Autonomous Solutions is looking for a strategic and visionary Antenna Product Manager to define and bring to market critical antenna technology and products for use in a wide range of positioning, navigation, timing and communication applications. In this position, you will lead the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Hexagon antennas across existing and new applications and customers.

While part of the Antcom team, this position will join a high-performance team focused on the quick-turn, customized design, development, and manufacturing of high-quality antenna products. Our customers rely on Hexagon A&P's industry leading technology when building their own solutions. The Location: Hexagon is a global company with offices around the world. This position is based in Torrance, California.



Responsibilities

As our Antenna Product Manager, you would be responsible for:

    Long term vision, strategy and roadmap for Hexagon antennas for existing and new applications and customers

  • Working with cross-functional teams on development, go-to-market, and sustainment of the most innovative antenna portfolio

  • Creation and evaluation of business plan and market requirement documents to achieve portfolio financial targets

  • Defining requirements including use cases for new antenna products and technologies

  • "Go-to-market" strategy and marketing message for product marketing collateral

  • Gather information and build consensus among company stakeholders for business models, product positioning and pricing strategy

  • Analyze and report portfolio KPIs to steer business decisions

  • Evaluate competitive products and technology trends

  • Accountable for the success of new product launches

  • National and international customer visits to understand customer challenges and future needs

  • Represent Hexagon at tradeshows and conferences



Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Degree in Business, Engineering or related technical field
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferable with a hardware focus, ideally related to the drone/UAV industry
  • Applicants for select positions that require access to information controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations ("ITAR") or the Export Administration Regulations ("EAR") must be US Persons per ITAR *120.15 and EAR *772.1 (i.e., a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or admitted to the U.S. as an asylee or refugee), or be otherwise eligible to obtain required authorization from the U.S. Government to access controlled information

  • 10+ years of B2B experience in hardware technologies

Compensation & Benefits

Hexagon's Autonomy & Positioning division provides the following compensation range and a general description of other compensation and benefits. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
