We are seeking a highly motivated Medication Safety Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to lead and advance medication safety initiatives across our acute care pharmacy environments. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, influence system-wide safety practices, and drive continuous improvement in patient care. The Medication Safety Clinical Pharmacy Specialist is responsible for the development, implementation, coordination, and oversight of pharmacy-related medication safety programs throughout ChristianaCare, with a primary focus on acute care settings. Working closely with Pharmacy Leadership, this individual will lead efforts to optimize medication-use safety, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and operational performance across the health system. Hourly Pay Range: $65.25 - $104.41 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
