| Position Summary |
The Senior Program Coordinator for Student Engagement independently manages the coordination and implementation of student-focused initiatives that promote engagement, academic success, leadership development, and community connection within the Office of Academic and Community Engagement.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Community Engagement and Student Initiatives, this position plays a key role in designing and executing programs and initiatives that foster student involvement and belonging. The Senior Program Coordinator works collaboratively with campus partners, supports student leaders and organizations, and ensures the effective delivery of co-curricular experiences aligned with institutional priorities.
This role emphasizes program coordination, student engagement, and operational execution, with opportunities to contribute to program development and continuous improvement.

- Independently coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of student engagement programs, including planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Manage multiple programs and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment with departmental and institutional priorities
- Oversee program logistics, including scheduling, space reservations, communications, materials, and vendor coordination
- Coordinate workshops, retreats, speaker series, service opportunities, and campus events
- Maintain program timelines, registration processes, and participant tracking systems
- Ensure high-quality delivery of programs and a positive participant experience
