Back End Software Engineer Columbia MD (Hybrid) Pay From: $150,000 MUST: Secret or Top Secret clearance preferred- Must be eligible to obtain US Government Security clearance. 9 years experience in Software Engineering, Modern Java Frameworks and Libraries (e.g. Spring, Guava) Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience. Experience building and maintaining Kubernetes deployments using tools like helm and flux. Strong Java software development experience. Experience in designing enterprise APIs. Experience in RESTful web services. Experience in Microservices architecture. Experience with the agile software lifecycle. Has a proven ability to learn quickly and works well both independently as well as in a team setting. Experience with the Linux operating system. Experience with configuration management tools (e.g. Git, Nexus, Maven). Demonstrated experience serving as a tech lead, mentor, or manager for engineering teams.
