Director of Sales - SKS, West Role Overview The Director of Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing SKS's sales strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships. This position provides strategic direction and operational leadership for the sales organization, ensuring alignment with company objectives while building a high-performing, customer-focused sales culture. Operating at both strategic and execution levels, the Director of Sales partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize sales performance, and position SKS as a trusted partner within its target markets. This role is responsible for achieving revenue goals, expanding key accounts, and establishing scalable sales processes that support long-term business growth.
