GSAPP).
Among the key duties of the position are the following:
- Provides financial and operational support to both the Dean's Office and the Douglass Developmental Disabilities Center, an autism center.
- Tracks and reconciles financial activity.
- Processes procurement, cash receipt, and account administration transactions for unrestricted and restricted accounts.
- Supports payroll functions.
- Assists with a variety of accounting and administrative needs as assigned and performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications
| Minimum Education and Experience |
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates knowledge and understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and practices.

- Selected candidates will be subject to a criminal history background check. In accordance with New Jersey State law, applicants must agree to undergo and authorize the University to conduct fingerprint, criminal history and/or child abuse record checks with various law enforcement agencies, including, but not limited to: the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Identification Division and/or the New Jersey Division of State Police, Bureau of Identification.
- Applicants must also assume any costs incurred by the University associated with the background investigations, whether required by statute or not.
- In accordance with state mandated requirements, candidate must be able to provide documentation of a negative Mantoux test or will be administered to the successful applicant to verify the absence of tuberculosis. In addition, the successful applicant, at the cost of the University, will be required to be inoculated against Hepatitis B unless the successful applicant waives this vaccination in writing.
- This position follows a hybrid schedule. The employee is required to work on-site at the Douglass Developmental Disabilities Center (DDDC) two (2) days per week. The remaining three (3) days may be worked remotely or on-site in the office, based on operational needs. The role may require the employee to work at both locations during the same week.
