To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree a plus.
- 12+ years of professional software development experience, with demonstrated depth in fullstack engineering and system / application architecture.
- Prior experience in securities, financial services, or modern engineering-first organizations is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and the design of RESTful and streamingbased APIs.
- Handson experience delivering cloudnative solutions, including microservices, containerization, and modern deployment patterns.
- Working knowledge of NoSQL and distributed data stores, selected and applied appropriately at scale.
- Experience leveraging AIenabled capabilities-including GenAI or MLdriven services-to enhance developer productivity, system intelligence, or customer outcomes, with a pragmatic understanding of responsible use, scalability, and integration into enterprise platforms.
