Idaho National Laboratory's Project Management Office (PMO) is seeking a Business Support Coordinator to provide administrative and business support in the PMO's Project Management Policy and Assurance (PMPA) team. This position combines core administrative coordination with hands-on support of INL's project management tools - helping project teams across the laboratory work more efficiently and consistently. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys variety, cross-team collaboration, and building expertise in enterprise project management systems.

Our team works a 9x80 schedule located out of our Idaho Falls EROB facility with every other Friday off.

This position will report to the Manager, Project Management Policy & Assurance | Project Management Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, compile, review, and analyze data and information from multiple sources.

  • Interface with internal and external customers, providing quality service that supports organizational business needs.

  • Relay information to stakeholders and ensure materials are created and distributed.

  • Provide day-to-day Procore user support, including template management, submittals and vendor data support, standards enforcement, and workflow configuration.

  • Coordinate Procore training to project teams and support new project onboarding.

  • Monitor compliance with Procore standards and perform data exports as needed.

  • Maintain Procore work instructions and user guides.

  • Support Project Information Database data entry, record audits, status updates, and cross-system reconciliation.

  • Provide support as needed on data quality reviews, user support, and health check data collection for other Project Management tools, such as P6, Cobra, Empower.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of related experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Knowledge of administrative and office procedures, including word processing, file/records management, and workplace terminology.

  • Ability to read, interpret, and clearly communicate information and ideas in writing.

Preferred

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Procore as used at INL, including project setup, permission structures, process workflows, document control, and administration.

  • Experience as a Vendor Data Coordinator (vendor data submittals/processing).

  • Familiarity with INL's capital project environment, PMO governance structure, and how enterprise PM tools integrate across the project lifecycle.

  • Experience with data entry, record management, or process documentation in a project-based environment.

Job Information:

The pay range for this non-exempt level 2/Salary Grade 320: ($20.31/hr.-$32.50/hr.) At Idaho National Laboratory compensation decisions are determined using factors such as education, relevant experience, and other credentials.

Physical Requirements:

The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, bend, operate a computer keyboard or type, handle materials, or reach with hands and arms performing the essential functions of the classification. The duties require sitting for long periods. The employee must occasionally lift 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this classification include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus, conduct research and inspect materials. Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing abilities required by this classification includes those which permit the employee to discern verbal instructions, communicate effectively in person, by telephone or electronic mail. While performing the duties of this classification, the employee works in an office setting where the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
