We are seeking a highly motivated individual to play a pivotal role in planning and executing the procurement of essential goods and services. Your expertise will ensure the seamless flow of resources, supporting critical initiatives across manufacturing, field operations, technology, and project management goals. Your Impact and Responsibilities



  • Strategically plan and execute the sourcing of goods and services to support various operational areas, including manufacturing, field operations, technology, and project management.
  • Adhere to and implement established Category Management strategies and procurement policies.
  • Generate and issue purchase orders in response to material requirements from different departments.
  • Develop and manage agreements for local procurement of goods and services not covered by broader Category Management strategies.
  • Initiate and manage Request for Quotations (RFQs), orchestrate competitive bidding processes, and critically evaluate supplier performance to secure optimal quality, delivery, and pricing.
  • Contribute directly to cost containment efforts, enhance operational efficiency, and bolster overall procurement effectiveness.


What You'll Bring



  • An undergraduate degree in a technical, business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a procurement or production environment.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including advanced skills in Excel, effective email management, and general systems navigation.
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
  • Proven ability to manage tasks and workload efficiently and effectively.


Bonus Points



  • Advanced procurement certifications (e.g., CPM).
  • Familiarity with Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes.
  • Experience utilizing relevant enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
