Job Responsibilities: Provides strategic leadership and oversight of HR programs, policies, and initiatives that support organizational goals and workforce effectiveness. Responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating human resources programs relevant to the entity/ies. Partners with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring a high-performing, engaged, and compliant workforce. Essential Functions:

Salary Range: $118,000 to $140,000 per year Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
