Senior Industrial Engineer Woodward is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer for our Industrial Products Division in Fort Collins, Colorado. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to join our team and drive efficiency, cost reduction, and process improvement in our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in productivity optimization, lean manufacturing, and data analysis, coupled with a proven ability to lead medium-scale projects and mentor team members. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and collaborative communication skills to enhance production flow, resource utilization, and overall operational performance. Estimated annual base pay: $93,000-$125,000
