Position Summary:

Entegris isseekinga strategic, results-drivenPrincipal,Product Marketing Manager, Services-Electromechanical Devices & Instrumentationbased in North America.TheProduct Marketing Managerisresponsible fordefining, positioning, and driving thegotomarketsuccess of the company's services portfolio, focused on the Electromechanical Devices & Instrumentation product families.This role sits at the intersection ofservices, sales, product, and customer success, translating service value into compelling messaging, sales tools, and growth strategies that accelerate adoption, revenue, and customer lifetime value

Responsibilities:

  • Develop clear value propositions, positioning, andmessaging forservices offerings (e.g., professional services, managed services, support, consulting, lifecycle services).
  • Differentiate services based on customer outcomes, ROI, and business impact-not just features.
  • Tailor messaging by customer segment, industry, lifecycle stage, and buying persona
  • Leadgotomarketplanning for new services launches, service bundles, and pricing/packaging updates.
  • Partner with Product, Services Delivery, and Sales to define launch plans, offer readiness, and success metrics.
  • Supportupsell,crosssell, andattachratestrategies tied to product and platform adoption
  • Create sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, battlecards, solution briefs, FAQs, and ROI tools.
  • Train sales and partner teams on services value, use cases, and competitive differentiation.
  • Support strategic deals with tailored messaging and value justification
  • Conduct customer research, win/loss analysis, and competitive assessments specific to services.
  • Gathervoiceofcustomerinsights to inform service offer evolution and packaging.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing models, and service benchmarks.
  • Support customer lifecycle initiatives such as onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Services teams to improve engagement and retention through targeted messaging.
  • Develop content and campaigns focused on outcomes, best practices, and customer success stories.
  • Act as the services marketing liaison between Product, Sales, Services Operations, Finance, and Customer Success.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across marketing channels, internal teams, and partners.
  • Influence roadmap and service design byrepresentingmarket and customer needs.
  • Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

    Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, ora relatedfield.
  • 5+ years of experience inproduct marketing orsolutionsmarketing, preferably withservices or recurring revenue offerings.
  • Experience supporting B2B sales teams and complex buying cycles.
  • Strong storytelling, messaging, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn technical or operational services into clear customer value

Compensation: The pay range for this role is $140,000-$200,000 USD with actual pay commensurate based on the candidate's experience within the role.

  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent)
  • 5+ years of experience in semiconductor industry
