The DMAC team is looking for a DMAC Technician to join their team. Candidates will be working on DMAC duties, Differentiated, Moves, Adds and Changes. Candidates may work evening and weekends in addition to their 40 hours a week as needed. Must be open to overtime. Ideal candidates should have experience performing moves, disconnects and reconnects. This is a hardware based role supporting moves, adds, changes, imaging, migrations and coordination of large move projects. There is also some administrative functions to this job as they have to document their work and follow up with emails to users regarding updates to projects. Candidates must have good customer service and written and verbal communication skills. Must be team player! Additional Information: * 2 plus years of Technology Move, Add, Change coordination and/or fulfillment experience in a financial markets environment. and the ability to respond to email and telephone inquiries. * Coordination responsibilities involve procurement of systems access, engagement of vendors for telephony and data ensuring installations by target date through multiple request management tools. * Fulfillment responsibilities involve basic PC & hardware deployments including but not limited to PC builds, installations including disconnect and reconnect, moves, adds and changes. A+ certification a plus. * Environment is fast paced and the ability to adapt to changing business needs while remaining detail focused is critical. Technologies may include, but not limited to Windows 10,11, Microsoft Office Suites, O365 They will use the Remedy Service Request Management ticketing environment. Work Environment: Fast Paced environment. Deadline intensive, Business Casual dress. Great opportunity to gain experience at a large investment bank. Administrative functions, candidates are required to document their work and update logs, update assets, status reports on open requests and status or tasks.
