Description *Role Overview* Application Operational Services is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support the production stability, performance, and reliability of critical enterprise applications. This role focuses on endtoend monitoring, observability, incident management, and SRE best practices, with a strong emphasis on Dynatracebased application performance monitoring (APM). The SRE will partner closely with engineering and product teams to ensure systems meet defined service level objectives (SLOs) and deliver a consistent enduser experience. *Key Responsibilities* Support production operations of missioncritical applications, ensuring availability, performance, and resiliency Perform fullstack triage of alerts and incidents using Dynatrace, partnering with engineering teams to identify root cause Define, track, and improve SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets with product owners and developers Design and maintain Dynatrace dashboards, metrics, and alerts to monitor endtoend application health Continuously improve alert quality, signaltonoise ratio, and observability posture Conduct resiliency, performance, and chaos testing, analyzing results using Dynatrace and supporting tools Analyze incidents and trends, applying automation to reduce recurrence and operational risk Document and communicate findings clearly to technical and business stakeholders *Required Qualifications* 8-10 years of IT experience with 6+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Performance Engineering Handson production experience with Dynatrace is required, including alerting, dashboards, and rootcause analysis Experience with log aggregation tools (Splunk, ELK) Solid understanding of Javabased applications, middleware (Apache/Tomcat), and REST services Backend database experience (Oracle, SQL Server, Hadoop) Proficiency in Python, UNIX/Linux, Windows, and scripting Experience with CI/CD and IaC tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Terraform, Ansible) Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills *Preferred Qualifications* Deep experience applying SRE practices (observability, synthetic monitoring, automation) Knowledge of system, network, security, and database operations Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Skills dynatrace Top Skills Details dynatrace Additional Skills & Qualifications n/A Experience Level Expert Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Chandler, AZ.
