They are seeking a *Bilingual Client Services Coordinator (English/Spanish)* to join their Scottsdale team and deliver exceptional support to advisors, plan sponsors, and clients. What You'll Do * Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling inbound calls and emails in both English and Spanish. * Support a portfolio of advisors and plan sponsors, ensuring servicing and administrative needs are met. * Troubleshoot client issues, resolve service requests, and manage support tickets from initial contact through resolution. * Collaborate with internal departments to address client concerns and provide timely solutions. * Participate in client conference calls and provide updates on account status and issue remediation. * Conduct follow-up communications to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. * Document all client interactions and account updates within internal systems. * Assist with escalated client concerns and work with Legal and Compliance teams when needed. * Share client feedback and insights to help improve products, services, and overall client experience. Qualifications * Bilingual in *English and Spanish* (required) * Previous customer service, client support, account coordination, or call center experience * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Experience creating and managing service tickets * Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills * Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications * Financial services, retirement services, or fintech experience is a plus Why Apply?
