UX Researcher (I)

In this pivotal role, you will directly influence product development by uncovering deep user insights, ensuring our solutions are not just functional, but truly intuitive and delightful for millions of users worldwide.

As a UX Researcher, you will be instrumental in understanding user needs and translating them into actionable recommendations that drive product evolution. You'll contribute to a user-centric culture, working alongside cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life and make a tangible impact on the products that touch countless lives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Analyze, consolidate, and synthesize information regarding user, product, service, or business needs, transforming data into actionable insights.

* Craft and communicate compelling research findings, insights, and recommendations, collaborating with senior researchers to amplify impact and visibility.

* Champion research-based, user-centric solutions, effectively communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders such as product managers.

* Conduct well-scoped research to identify user needs, fostering a deeper understanding and empathy for the user across cross-functional partners.

* Contribute to the development of robust research programs, executing studies that inform product/service strategy and deepen knowledge of user pain points, values, opportunities, and motivations.

* Perform analysis for smaller research projects or programs, extracting baseline metrics from existing tables or data sources.

* Collaborate on ideas to enhance products and services through research-driven insights, developing user-centric thinking to overcome strategic, product, or technological constraints.

* Work towards larger project goals, prioritizing research tasks and proactively addressing potential roadblocks with guidance from senior team members.

* Begin to identify key insights and metrics for product or service evaluation, developing an understanding of business goals and user trends to guide research-driven decision-making.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Proficiency in UX systems thinking

* Strong UX storytelling abilities

* Understanding of the product development lifecycle

* Familiarity with interactive technology

* Knowledge of research processes

* Commitment to ethical UX research practices

* Experience with Human/user behavior analysis

* Proficiency in various UX research methodologies

* Team Management
