Position Summary

Oiur client, a global travel leader, is looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager to serve as the performance measurement lead for all paid marketing efforts. This role ensures every paid media dollar is tracked, analyzed, and optimized toward measurable business outcomes - from lead generation through bookings and passenger volume.

This is a high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of paid media performance and executive decision-making. The right candidate brings strong command of paid channel attribution and measurement, can translate complex analytics into clear business narratives, and is comfortable operating in an environment building toward more sophisticated incrementality and experimentation practices. You will work closely with the Director of Digital Strategy, an internal Data Science partner, and our external media agency.

Key Responsibilities

*Own paid media performance reporting across all digital channels (SEM, paid social, display, video, programmatic) - building and maintaining dashboards and reporting frameworks that connect channel metrics to business KPIs including leads, bookings, pax, CPA, and ROI.

*Lead attribution strategy and measurement quality - ensuring tracking integrity, alignment across platforms and internal data sources, and consistent methodology for evaluating channel contribution.

*Partner with internal Data Science on incrementality and experimentation initiatives - scoping tests, interpreting results, and translating findings into investment and channel mix recommendations for leadership and the Board.

*Collaborate with the external media agency on pacing, spend efficiency, and performance diagnostics against business goals.

*Provide proactive insights and recommendations that improve channel performance, marketing ROI, and budget allocation decisions.

*Support forecasting and financial planning by aligning spend projections with performance trends and acquisition KPIs.

*Serve as the primary translator between marketing analytics and non-technical stakeholders - including executive and Board-level audiences - making measurement work legible and actionable.

*Champion data governance and reporting consistency across teams, tools, and channels.

Qualifications

Required

*7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, paid media measurement, or performance marketing analytics roles.

*Deep, hands-on expertise in paid digital channel measurement - SEM, paid social (Meta), display - with a strong grasp of attribution models, conversion tracking, and platform-reported vs. true performance gaps.

*Demonstrated ability to connect paid media performance to revenue and business outcomes, not just channel metrics.

*Experience working within or alongside teams that practice incrementality testing or media mix analysis - you don't need to have built the program, but you need to understand the methodology and be able to run and interpret tests with a Data Science partner.

*Proficiency in SQL; experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI.

*Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).

*Strong communication skills - proven ability to translate complex measurement work into clear, executive-ready narratives.

Preferred

*Experience collaborating with or managing external media agencies.

*Familiarity with CRM integration and offline conversion data matching.

*Experience in DTC, ecommerce, or subscription businesses where customer acquisition economics (CPA, LTV, CAC) are central metrics.

*Python or R for analytical work.

Total Rewards

The base salary range for this role is $135,000-$155,000 annually for employees based in Boston, MA. Final compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus and first-class benefits, including:

*Health & wellness: Comprehensive and heavily subsidized medical, dental, and vision plans, on-site gym access, holistic wellness resources, and group fitness classes.

*Time for you: Substantial PTO, 11 paid holidays, Summer Fridays, and extensive parental leave (up to 12-16 weeks paid at 100%).

*Travel more, spend less: 50% off our trips for you and a companion, 25% off for immediate family members, plus exclusive quarterly travel deals.

*Your future, secured: 401(k) match, life insurance, and disability coverage.

*Continuous growth: Tuition assistance, international professional-development travel opportunities, and direct access to Pinnacle Leadership & Team Development.

*Extra perks: Commuter benefits, FSAs, pet insurance, discounts on home and auto, and paid volunteer time off.
