Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, 100% FTE position. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday with rotating weekends and holidays across all three shifts. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Surgical Services Supply Supervisor to:

  • Lead surgical services supply clerks and senior clerks; manage hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, evaluations, timekeeping, and daily workflow planning to support extended OR hours and fluctuating surgical volume.
  • Oversee end to end Surgical Services supply chain operations. Manage receipt, storage, delivery, replenishment, case cart accuracy, real time issue resolution, instrumentation coordination, urgent supply needs, ERP/MMIS use, inventory accuracy, expiration control, and product standardization.
  • Serve as primary liaison to Surgical Services leaders and clinicians; optimize supply workflows; anticipate needs for growth and new procedures; lead process improvements; support financial stewardship; and participate in quality, safety, and operational excellence initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Preferred)

Work Experience

  • Three years of progressively responsible experience in materials management within a healthcare environment (Required)
  • Two years of supervisory or lead experience overseeing staff in a healthcare supply or Surgical Services environment (Required)
  • Direct experience supporting Surgical Services, perioperative areas, or procedural environments (Preferred)

License & Certification

  • Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP) or equivalent supply chain certification (Preferred)
