Description
Founded in 1890, Findorff is a commercial construction company based in Wisconsin and building throughout the U.S. We deliver best-in-class craftsmanship to projects within healthcare, science and technology, student housing, and more, driven by strong relationships and a deep commitment to the communities we serve. What We Are Looking For
The Project: 29-story, 994000 sf student housing project in downtown Tempe, AZ. The new building will consist of 791 units and 1534 bedrooms. The project contains three levels of parking with units on top of the parking podium. The property will feature a rooftop pool, fitness center, and recreation rooms as amenities. We broke ground earlier this year with a completion date of summer 2028. What You'll Do As a Senior Project Manager with Findorff, you'll lead construction projects from early planning through closeout, owning the process, the relationships, and the results. Because our work spans a wide range of project types, sizes, and complexities, no two projects look exactly the same. What stays consistent is your role as a trusted leader and problem solver.
