Overview

The Proposal Manager will support the sales teams in the RFP (Request for Proposal) process.



Responsibilities

    Handles RFP's involving multiple products and projects that have been deemed qualified through a screening process
  • Develops a response to the RFP, utilizing technical skills and knowledge to address all aspects of the proposal
  • Manages the proposal process, ensuring that the team provides accurate and timely responses
  • Works with the various departments within the organization to coordinate responses
  • Works on setting up an RFP repository and RFP templates
  • Provides answers to technical questions within the RFP and works with vendor tools, specialists and sales engineers to develop the content for the proposal


Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed
  • Previous RFP and proposal process experience
  • 3-6 years of experience in the telecommunications industry
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
