H.B. Fuller is looking for a strong candidate with expertise in leave of absence regulatory requirements, vendor and project management and benefits administration. The Benefits Program Manager II is a vital role on the Global Benefits team and is critical to achieving effective delivery of H.B. Fuller's Benefits strategy. All programs/policies are to be designed, implemented, and administered in a manner to maximize employee recruitment and retention and to contribute toward achieving the company's goals. The Benefits Program Manager II will manage a variety of benefits vendors, resolve escalated issues, manage and promote designated programs, update policies and procedures as needed ensuring that they are as efficient and understandable as possible, and identify areas for process improvement relying on technology to support the process. In addition, this person will assist the Director of Global Benefits in making a business case for any strategic plan design changes, lead the implementation of the approved changes, develop a change management strategy, create all stakeholder communications, and manage the vendors through the changes. #LI-MB1 Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $87,000 - $112,000.In addition to your salary, H.B.
