STS Technical Services is hiring an HR Talent Acquisition Coordinator in York, Pennsylvania. This role supports the company's Talent Acquisition strategy by working directly with internal recruiters and helping manage the full-cycle recruitment process. This position is critical to creating a strong candidate experience. The HR Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support recruiting workflows, coordinate with internal stakeholders, manage sensitive candidate information and assist with recruiting and hiring needs across the organization. Position Overview The HR Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work closely with internal recruiters, team members and business partners to support recruitment activity from start to finish. This position requires strong organization, professionalism, confidentiality and the ability to manage recruiting processes in a way that keeps candidates informed and hiring teams supported. This role may also serve as an additional recruiter when needed. Some remote work may be available, but candidates should be flexible and willing to support on-site needs as required.
