As a Manufacturing Associate in San Diego, you'll help keep production strong and steady. It's hands-on work that builds skill and confidence with every shift. Join a team where effort gets noticed, and results matter.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical work instructions.
• Experience using precision measuring tools (calipers, verniers).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to perform hands-on assembly work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to cross-train in multiple areas.

Job Duties:

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to meet output and quality standards.
• Perform machine changeovers and basic equipment adjustments (including blade changes).
• Assemble products and components according to blueprints and work instructions.
• Inspect materials and finished parts throughout production to ensure quality compliance.
• Use measuring tools (calipers, verniers) to verify part dimensions and tolerances.
• Perform in-line packaging, labeling, and material handling to support production flow.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while supporting Lean Manufacturing practices.
• Cross-train and support multiple production areas as needed.
