Job Duties:



  • Coordinate and support the full-cycle onboarding process for new hires.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and communication.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy within HR systems.
  • Process employment documentation, including new hire paperwork, status changes, and terminations.
  • Support employee relations initiatives and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Assist with benefits administration and enrollment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment policies and procedures.
  • Track and maintain required training and certification records.
  • Generate HR reports and assist with audits as needed.
  • Partner with management to support workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Perform additional HR and administrative duties as assigned.


Requirements:



  • 2+ years of Human Resources, Recruiting, or HR Administrative experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of California labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
