What Are We Looking For in This Role? Minimum Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities * Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets, sales and client retention goals * Accomplished client relationship manager or sales executive in the B2B payments sector * Strong sales acumen, including selling value and overcoming objections with finesse * Excellent client-facing presentation skills * Exceptional written and oral communication skills * High degree of energy and self-motivation * Strong analytical skills with attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously * Demonstrated ability to self-direct work efforts, meet deadlines, take initiative, and drive results * Excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness * High standards of integrity * Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint * Interest in being part of a fast-paced, collaborative and high growth culture Our perks - what we'll bring for you We know it's bigger than just your career.
