Position Title:Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Integrated Behavioral Health - Street Medicine

The Street Medicine Team provides high-quality, low-barrier primary care for people experiencing homelessness who have been impacted by physical, mental, or substance use disorders. The Street Medicine Social Worker will enrich the delivery of this care through integrated case management and by addressing mental health needs in street medicine settings such as sidewalks and encampments where people live, rather than the traditional clinic-based setting. ***The ideal candidate is an adaptable, compassionate professional who thrives in outdoor environments, manages complex caseloads with strong organizational skills, and is committed to a "meet people where they are" approach through Street Medicine. Experience working with high-acuity, marginalized populations experiencing unsheltered homelessness is preferred (1-2 years).*** LOCATION: In and amongst the community (outdoor/indoor), Non-Clinical Setting The Licensed behavioral health therapist is a behavioral health therapist under direct supervision of an applicable independently licensed individual. This position will provide therapeutic services to adult or pediatric patients at OU Health who need behavioral health services in outpatient, inpatient or in the emergency department while under a valid supervision contract with the applicable Oklahoma State Board. Essential Responsibilities Responsibilities listed in this section are core to the position. General Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications (Level 1) Education: Master's degree from accredited institution in social work, counseling or psychology required. Experience: 0-3 years of experience required. License/Certification/Registration: Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) with Supervision, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) certified by Board of Analyst certification Board BACB. (BCBA must also be licensed by the Oklahoma Human Services' (OKDHS) Developmental Disabilities Services Division (DDS) to provide behavior analysis services from applicable Oklahoma state board required.) Active supervision contract with applicable licensing board required. Provisional license is accepted in the first 3 months of employment with Supervision. Minimum Qualifications (Level 2) Education: Master's degree from accredited institution in social work, counseling or psychology required. Experience: At least 3 years of postgraduate counseling experience in a healthcare setting required. License/Certification/Registration: Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) certified by Board of Analyst certification Board BACB. (BCBA must also be licensed by the Oklahoma Human Services' (OKDHS) Developmental Disabilities Services Division (DDS) to provide behavior analysis services from applicable Oklahoma state board required.) Minimum Qualifications (Level 3) Education: Master's degree from accredited institution in social work, counseling or psychology required. Experience: 5 or more years of postgraduate counseling experience in a healthcare setting required. License/Certification/Registration: Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) certified by Board of Analyst certification Board BACB. (BCBA must also be licensed by the Oklahoma Human Services' (OKDHS) Developmental Disabilities Services Division (DDS) to provide behavior analysis services.)
