We are seeking a highly meticulous and dedicated individual to join a dynamic team focused on ensuring accurate and timely royalty payments. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the financial operations, directly impacting external partners and the integrity of financial data. Your precision and problem-solving skills will be essential in maintaining seamless payment processes and supporting the broader financial ecosystem. **What you'll do:**

* Bundle and propose for payment invoices related to digital content platforms.

* Investigate variances in payment data.

* Resolve or escalate validation errors as needed.

* Perform user acceptance testing within related internal systems.

* Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

* Respond to external partner queries regarding invoices.

* Provide email support for the self-service portal used by external partners.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience in accounting and/or finance with payment processing within a corporate environment.

* User experience with enterprise application software systems.

* Proficiency in database data entry.

* Demonstrated accuracy and rigorous attention to detail, with the ability to follow defined processes meticulously.

* Confidence and consistency in performing payment-related calculations.

* Strong judgment in determining when to escalate ambiguous cases.

* Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

* Excellent habits of self-review to ensure consistent, error-free work.

* Effective communication skills for interacting with internal and external partners.

* Proficiency with spreadsheet software.

* Flexibility and willingness to learn new tools and different procedures.

* Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a distributed global team.

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience with royalty payment processing in the music publishing industry.
