JOB DESCRIPTION
Experienced maintenance planner or other relative experience to:
- Assist with doing all the initial IQ / OQ checks to ensure that equipment is installed as required and all devices are installed in the proper orientation
- Assist with checking all mechanical aspects of the equipment (Alignment, torque tests, guards in place, free moving parts)
- Assist with developing and documenting centerlines
- Assist with developing AM / PM Plans and documentation (Maintenance Plans)
- Assist with developing CIL's
- Assist with developing re-build instructions for equipment
- Full understanding of LOTO (Lockout / Tagout) requirements and working around energized equipment
- Understanding of production, packaging and conveying systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and/ or engineering degree/experience.
