POSITION SUMMARY

TheProvider Recruiterplays a key role in supporting company growth by supporting the Director of Provider Recruitment in the talent acquisition of physicians and advanced practice practitioners throughout the country. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment implementing successful talent acquisition strategies rooted in inclusion and diversity in collaboration with business leaders. The Recruiter plays a role as an individual contributor in recruitment


Responsibilities

  1. Interviewscandidates over the telephone, virtually, and/or in person.
  1. Recruitsfor designated positions based on team bandwidth, level of position, and executive impact.
  1. Managesrequisition load handling full cycle recruitment responsibilities.
  1. Collaborateswith compensation on candidate package requests.
  1. Communicateswith stake holdersoperations ononboardingnew hires, terminations, internal transfers, etc.
  1. Workswith leadership on maintenance and enhancements of ATS.
  1. Communicateswith the budget team to ensure budget alignment with recruiting initiatives.
  1. Leverages recruiting analytics to assess and improve the current strategy to ensure a world-class practice; take a data-driven approach to decision-making that will support a culture of continuous improvement in processes and efficiencies

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Additionalyears of experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience.
  • Must be familiar with EEO and AA programs,policiesand procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skillsneededfor screening,interviewingand selecting applicants.
  • Knowledge of human resource programs and recruitingprocessincluding affirmative action and career development programs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previousrecruitment experience in a hospital setting.
