Job Summary
Alys Beach is seeking a highly skilled, self-directed, and proactiveExecutive Assistantto support the President of Alys Beach and the Vice President of Operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role serves as a trusted partner and a central connector across the organization, driving strong cross-functional collaboration among leadership and departmental teams. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the President, VP of Operations, and their direct reports to ensure priorities are aligned, communication flows seamlessly, and key initiatives move forward with efficiency and clarity. This is a unique opportunity to support senior leadership at one of the country's most distinctive coastal communities while playing a key role in enabling alignment, collaboration, and operational excellence across the organization.
