Location: Grandstone/Eastwood | Appleton, WI Schedule: Full-Time | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM | 40 hours/week | Every other weekend required Starting Pay: $17.75/hour Make a Difference Every Day Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) is looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to join our team as Adult Residential Support Professionals. In this role, you'll provide support, encouragement, and guidance to adults experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges while helping them build the skills needed to live more independently. About Grandstone/Eastwood Grandstone and Eastwood are two 8-bed Community Based Residential Facilities (CBRFs) that provide 24-hour care for adults in crisis. Our team creates a safe, recovery-focused environment where residents receive support with daily living skills, medication management, transportation, educational groups, and individualized recovery goals.
