Job Title Lead Digital Ad Ops CoordinatorJob Description About The Position | Major Goals and Objectives and Location Requirements: As a Lead Digital Ad Operations Coordinator, you will be part of the Digital Ad Operations group responsible for launching all D/Cipher digital campaigns. This role ensures creative meets site specifications, manages production with vendor partners, generates and traffics ad tags, and resolves campaign execution issues. You will communicate directly with internal sales representatives and clients and proactively make business decisions that impact successful campaign launches. Hybrid 3x a week- (Stamford) In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week. About The Team | The Team and/or Brand: D/Cipher is People Inc.'s in-house media platform and activation team, fueled by the rich user engagement data of People Inc., the nation's largest publisher. D/Cipher helps advertisers make informed media buying decisions on and off People Inc. content. The Digital Ad Operations team is responsible for the execution, trafficking, and quality assurance of all digital advertising campaigns. The team works cross-functionally with sales teams, clients, creative agencies, and third-party vendors. The Role's Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent relevant work experience). Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of digital advertising operations experience, including campaign trafficking, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and client-facing communication. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance.
