Job Description
Assists Test Officer with routine test preparation, set-up, execution, logistics, and reporting. May write or contribute to test plans, summaries, reports, and other test related documents. Assists with test coordination and range scheduling. Provides technical representation at meetings and working groups. May monitor test funds, expenditures, and hours worked by various test support organizations. Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills both in person, on the telephone, and in written correspondence (such as e-mail). Provides primary support to M&W Test Officers and the Ground Combat Facilities Coordinator with test and gun position set-up as well as facilities support. Assists Test Officers with hand receipt inventory tracking and accountability. Coordinates transportation of large or heavy items to maintenance shop or downrange locations. Tracks failed test parts and disposes of unneeded parts through YTC Supply as required. Coordinates with DPW to provide access to secure areas for site visits and work order execution. Prepares desk estimates and coordinates details of work request with DPW. Coordinates and provides access to compounds and buildings for authorized users. Acts as key custodian for assigned facilities and has responsibility for key inventory and reporting requirements. Conducts and reports Random Antiterrorism Measures for assigned facilities in accordance with regulations. Provides and/or coordinates for field support during surge mission periods. Coordinates and tracks maintenance of Division assigned equipment such as trailers, golf carts, etc. Performs other duties as required to complete the assigned mission. This position is covered under the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Qualifications
Pay Rate:$31.64

Education/Licenses/Certifications/Experience Requirements:

* Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* Must have demonstrated history of safe operations on the range and no SOP violations for minimum of 3 years.
* Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Facilities Coordinator I in TRAX.

Physical Requirements:

* Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical and periodic retests.
* Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for work tasks assigned.
* Must be capable of working in extreme weather conditions including summer temperatures peaking around 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
* Must meet the physical requirements necessary to perform operations outlined, performed, and stated in the SOPs for the embedded organization.

Job Requirements:

* Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed, sometimes on short notice, to support test missions.
* Must possess a valid driver's license, without special restrictions.
* Must have dependable transportation and a dependable means of communication.
* Must be able speak, write, read, and understand English.
* Must have a well-mannered customer service attitude.
* Must be willing to cross-train in other areas.
* Must use "down-time" effectively to the benefit of test, self, and company.
* Must be punctual, responsible, and dependable.

* Must be a current TRAX employee or affiliate subcontractor for internal postings.
