As a Security Officer Spanish Patrol in Pomona, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a busy grocery location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and assist with customer interactions. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or team members by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observed activity and reporting concerns to site leadership when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, helping to identify unusual activity and/or potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, helping to verify authorized entry, observe visitor activity, and/or support orderly operations during busy business hours.
• Support loss prevention and other security-related efforts by observing customer and employee activity, reporting suspicious behavior, and/or following site protocols related to incidents involving theft, trespassing, or disorderly conduct.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
