Assistant Property Manager - Shape the Future of Residential Communities

As an Assistant Property Manager with JLL, you'll be at the heart of creating exceptional living experiences. Your contributions will directly shape how residents feel about their home and community:

  • Drive resident satisfaction and retentionby delivering white-glove service that exceeds expectations and builds lasting relationships
  • Ensure financial performancethrough proactive collections management, lease renewals, and revenue optimization that directly impacts the property's bottom line
  • Lead operational excellenceby maintaining impeccable property standards, ensuring compliance, and creating a community residents are proud to call home
  • Step up as a trusted leaderwho confidently assumes full property operations in the Property Manager's absence

This position will support one lease-up property and one stabilized property in Coral Gables, FL. This position will be onsite and require weekend availability.

Expected Compensation:

$31.25 per hour

10% annual bonus

Eligibility for commissions on new leases signed and leases renewed

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering results:

Experience & Education:

  • 1-2 years of hands-on residential property management experience
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Supervisory experience and proven ability to lead and inspire teams
  • Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, or similar platforms)
  • Real estate license or willingness to obtain within 120 days (if required by state law)
