The Associate Producer / Production Coordinator will play a crucial role in the production process, from ideation to execution. This client-facing role requires a creative thinker with excellent organizational skills to manage deliverables, maintain communication with clients, coordinate with account and marketing teams, and support the production team in various capacities.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Develop stories through research and craft themes that align with client objectives. Help with execution on new endemic sponsorship ideas to enhance client engagement and expand content opportunities.

  • Participate in all stages of production, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.

  • Write and edit scripts, develop creative concepts for promos, ads, and short-form content, and assist in branded content production.

  • Prepare transcripts of interviews using Trint and select impactful soundbites for use in content.

  • Assist in coordinating field shoots and serve as an on-set production assistant/runner.

  • Keep project information updated using Airtable and manage video projects and all deliverables from pre-production through post-production.

  • Work with senior producers, designers, and video editors to create innovative and compelling content. Collaborate with the account managers, sales marketing team, and key stakeholders to ensure brand studio campaign details captured and deliverables are executed.

  • Maintain clear communication with clients, manage meeting agendas, and assist marketing teams with client activations and events.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, journalism, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

  • Producing commercial creative, social media, marketing communication, and long-form storytelling.

  • Strong writing and copy-editing skills with a natural ability to write creatively. Excellent communication, research, presentation, and strategic skills.

  • Video editing and graphics experience is a plus, particularly with tools like Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and After Effects.

  • Ability to work under intense deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $60,000.00-75,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
