POSITION SUMMARY: A member of the Boston Medical Center Health System, is seeking anexperienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistantto join our growing outpatient dermatology program inBrighton, MA. This role is ideal for a dermatology APP who is comfortable practicing independently within a collaborative care model and is excited to help grow services in a modern, community-based setting. Compensation Range: $109,000.00- $158,000.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
