Location: Franklin, OH

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Day Shift: 6 AM-4:30 PM | Schedule Options: Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday

Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Able to work in warm temperatures during the summer months
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Ability to lift and move products as needed throughout the workday

Job Duties:

• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and packaging standards
• Pack finished products into boxes for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures
• Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
