Piscataway, NJ

Temporary to hire opportunity (backfilling for promotion)

Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

$24.00 - $26.00 per Hour

Are you someone who enjoys creating a welcoming, organized, and productive workplace environment? We are seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to serve as the face of our office and play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for employees, guests, and business partners.

This position is ideal for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in keeping workplace operations running smoothly.


What You'll Do

As the first point of contact for visitors and employees, you will help create a positive and professional workplace experience by:


Front Desk & Guest Services

  • Welcome and assist visitors, contractors, and employees
  • Manage visitor sign-in procedures and coordinate host notifications
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries
  • Provide directions and general workplace support


Workplace & Conference Room Coordination

  • Manage workspace and conference room reservations
  • Monitor room schedules and make adjustments as needed
  • Ensure conference rooms are organized, stocked, and presentation-ready
  • Assist with room setups for meetings, town halls, and special events
  • Support audio/visual readiness by managing monitors and room technology


Employee Support

  • Serve as a resource for workplace-related requests and questions
  • Assist visiting employees with workspace accommodations
  • Coordinate gym access requests and other site services
  • Support workplace communications and employee engagement initiatives


Office Operations

  • Maintain office, pantry, and supply inventory
  • Replenish snacks, beverages, cleaning supplies, and workplace essentials
  • Support mailroom operations, shipping, and package distribution
  • Manage lost and found and workplace signage


Events & Hospitality

  • Coordinate catering orders and meal setups
  • Assist with internal meetings, events, and workplace activities
  • Help create a welcoming and professional environment for guests and employees


Facilities Support

  • Coordinate facility-related requests and service needs
  • Monitor workplace equipment and common areas
  • Assist with furniture arrangements, signage creation, and workplace organization


What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in reception, office administration, workplace services, hospitality, or facilities support
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
  • Professional, friendly, and service-oriented approach
  • Ability to lift and move office supplies, furniture, and event materials as needed

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
