Description

A LAZ Valet Attendant plays a vital role in delivering outstanding guest experiences. Whether welcoming hotel guests, residents, visitors, or patrons, you will represent both LAZ Parking and our clients through exceptional service, professionalism, and care.

Locations Available

Opportunities are available across the Los Angeles area, including Downtown Los Angeles and West Los Angeles. Work at a variety of premier properties, including luxury hotels, upscale residential communities, entertainment destinations, and mixed-use developments.

Location Assignment: Candidates will be assigned to a primary location based on business needs, experience, and availability. Specific property, schedule, and shift details will be discussed during the interview process.

Pay Rate: $18.50 - $25.00/Hour + Tips (Location Dependent)

Schedule: Part-Time Opportunities Available

Availability: Must be available to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

    The Spirit of the Position

    LAZ Parking is hiring hospitality-focused Valet Attendants for premier Los Angeles properties. If you have strong customer service skills and enjoy creating outstanding guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you. Hospitality, valet, or guest services experience is preferred.

    What You'll Do



    • Welcome guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional attitude.
    • Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles.
    • Open vehicle doors and assist guests as needed.
    • Assist with luggage, packages, and special requests.
    • Issue valet tickets and explain the vehicle retrieval process.
    • Maintain organized vehicle staging and traffic flow areas.
    • Provide directions, information, and assistance to guests.
    • Build positive guest relationships through outstanding customer service.
    • Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Uphold LAZ Parking's commitment to hospitality, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.


    Qualifications



    • Valid Driver's License with a minimum of 2 years driving experience.
    • Strong customer service and communication skills.
    • Professional appearance and demeanor.
    • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Ability to speak, read, and understand English.


    Preferred



    • Valet experience.
    • Hospitality, concierge, hotel, restaurant, or guest services experience.
    • Cash handling experience.
    • Experience assisting guests with luggage and special accommodations.

    Physical Requirements



    • Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
    • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
    • Ability to frequently bend, stoop, squat, and lift.
    • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
